246通りの駒沢交差点にお店を構える焼肉屋さん。
「自然派焼肉」をコンセプトにしており、焼肉に使うタレや野菜など、あらゆる素材にこだわりが見られるお店です。
アットホームな雰囲気があり、常連のお客さんを中心に愛されているお店のようです。

お料理はコース・アラカルトどちらでもオーダーが可能。
コースは軽めに食べられる4,900円のプランとお肉がしっかり提供される7,500円のプランの計2つが用意されています。
今回は店長さんのオススメを聞きながら、アラカルトで色々とオーダー。

■感想
焼肉に詳しい友人から面白いお店があると聞き、気になっていたこちらのお店。
近くに用事があったタイミングで、予約をしてお伺いしてみました。
お店に着くと店長からコンセプトの説明があり、体に優しい自然派素材へのこだわりが伝わってきます。
お肉は全体的に大ぶりのカットがされており、肉本来の味わいを楽しめるスタイル。
胡椒を使ったタレなど、他店では見られない工夫が見られ、お肉の新しい一面を見ることが出来ます。
特に印象に残るのは、鮮度抜群のホルモン。
角が立ったプリップリのハツや、滑らかな口当たりのレバー、そして独特のねっとり感を持つチレなど、定番ものから希少部位まで楽しむことが出来ました。
お酒の種類も多く、特に日本酒は店長こだわりのラインナップ。
好みを伝えたところ色々出して頂き、見た事がないような銘柄にも出会えました。
健康志向の人と食事をする際に、候補にしたいお店です。
