焼肉激戦区世田谷区。
らぼうふ、芝浦などの老舗
新しいコソットなど良いお店が多い。
この一角なら入れるのか、、、、
肉の質、味は、、、、、、
入ってもおかしくないと思います。
肉質、ホルモンの鮮度はかなり良いと思う。
塩の味付けは良いお肉な分脂身もあるので、少し強めの方が美味しいかなと思ったけど。
ここは基本タレ焼きを食べるお店。韓国風の昔の大阪の焼肉イメージです。
ご飯が進む焼肉ですね。
さいきん塩主体の焼き肉の多い中、こういうお店は貴重だと思います。サイドメニューも韓国テイストの本格派。
チヂミが欲しいけど、、、、オペレーション痛めるから無理か(^_^;)
今回はレバーがめちゃめちゃ角立ってて、マイウーでした。あとハラミ。
ユッケもワサビで食べることあまりなかったけど、新しい発見でめちゃめちゃ美味しいですね。
中野からできてもう3店舗目だそうですが、創業のタロちゃんは桜新町のお店いました！
家近いのでまた来たいと思います。
