この日は駒沢大学へ。最近、隣県（千葉）から世田谷界隈の店に出没する酒友先達に対する遅れを少しでも挽回すべく。
お目当ての店は駅から北に徒歩3分程度の住宅街際の角にあり、外観は地元の商店だった時のオレンジ色のテントと窓や入口の大きな窓ガラスが良い感じ。自由が丘の名居酒屋「金田」出身で学芸大学駅周辺で独立し、さらにこちら駒沢大学に移転してきたとのこと。
店内はゆったりモダンなコの字カウンターと、奥に小上がり座敷があり、カウンターに着席。中には若く見える料理担当の店主とホール担当の男性二人。周囲のお客も年齢性別とも幅広く、穏やかで楽しげな雰囲気。
料理はまずお通しの蓮根餡かけ茶碗蒸しが、ほど良い旨味と食感でかなりの好印象。続いてポテトサラダ、お刺身三点盛り（一人前750円はかなりお値打ち）、穴子とトマトの南蛮漬け、蒸し鶏とパクチーのネギニラあんかけ。どれもしっかり丁寧で美味しいものばかり。
お酒は黒ラベル生の後、メニューにあった滋賀の喜楽長と京都伏見のこんちきちんを冷酒で一合ずつ。どちらもすっきりでまろやか。
地元（隣駅）にこういう充実した高レベルの居酒屋があるのは嬉しい限り。まだ食べてみたい肴も色々あるので再訪が楽しみ。
