They talk to the restaurant owner, they eat on their elbows, they take off their shoes and sit cross-legged, and when they are warned about their behavior, they vent their frustrations by posting reviews on Google etc. They are pathetic, shameless people at such a young age. They probably don't realize it because they don't want to disturb other customers who are having fun, but the store doesn't want people who lack common sense and don't consider their surroundings, who are rude, insane, insensitive, and selfish. Please refrain from doing so.I think the most important condition for a restaurant to be evaluated as a good restaurant is to be compatible with the customer.Sometimes I see people ordering various things at a restaurant they have never been to before making reservations over the phone or online. Is there anything wrong with making a reservation online without knowing this? Doesn't this come with it? It's unpleasant to hear something similar to a complaint.I'm sure it's not all due to the coronavirus, but I feel like it's someone else's store that is selfish, shameless, and lacks manners, so I decided to decline. 連休最終日は二子玉川のビストロに寄ってみました。
こちらのお店は高島屋SC南館すぐ隣のテナントビル3階のフレンチレストラン、
以前より一度寄ってみたいとマークをしていましたがタイミングが合わずようやく
本日初訪問。休日のランチとなれば混雑するかも?との予想から昨日電話で予約
して伺いました。
お店の開店時間12時ちょうどに到着、玄関を入るとカウンタ-& 厨房の奥にこじん
まりとしたテーブル席が設えてありました。店内は三面をガラス窓で囲まれているた
め外光が良く入り込んでとても明るい雰囲気、席数は15,6席程ですがそのいずれか
らも窓越しに外の景色が楽しめるレイアウトでした。
今日は祝日のため営業していますが、本来月曜が定休という関係で?先客はゼロ
、半ば貸し切りモードとなりました。(個人的にはこの方がありがたい。)
内装はグルナというフランスのガーネット色で、お客さんにゆったりと落ち着いた気分
で料理やワインを楽しんでもらおうとのオーナーシェフ氏の思いが反映されているよう
です。
メニューは基本的にランチ、ディナーとも共通、4種類程のおまかせコースとなりますが、
ランチタイムはランチ限定メニュー(1785円)がラインアップされており、手頃な価格で
フレンチを楽しむことができるので、とかく身構えそうなイメージを持たれる方には良
い設定だと思います。当方も今回初利用なので、この限定セットを注文。
メニュー構成はシェフお任せの前菜、メインの肉料理、パン、コーヒー。
ランチに合わせワインを選ぶことになり、シェフのお薦めは南アフリカ産赤ワイン、
(ピノタ-ジュ種)カフェカルチャーという銘柄でした。この品種は南アフリカ独自の
もので、20世紀初頭にピノ・ノワールとサンソーを交配してできた品種だそうです。
前菜はトマトのピクルス、メインは鹿肉の腸詰、レバーペースト、有機栽培の大根の葉
にバルサミコ酢、赤ワインビネガー等をブレンド、キャラメルタイプのソースをかけたもの。
鹿の肉は少しクセのある独特の味なので、それを緩和するためのソースとしてとても
美味しいソースでした。
初めていただくピノタ-ジュでしたが、しっかりとしたボディとカカオの香りが感じられ、
特に味の濃い肉料理にはとても相性が良いとのマスターの説明に納得のワイン。
こじんまりとしたお店ですが、マスター1人で接客と調理を行う都合上、今のような15,6
人の規模がちょうど良い範囲だと思います。利用目的や予算に応じてマスターが気軽に
相談に応じてくれたり、ワイン持ち込みも可能なので、気取らずのんびりと食事を楽しん
だり、記念行事や内輪でのパーティなどの利用にも良いお店ではないかとの印象でした。
これまで夜は仕事等でなかなかゆっくりとした時間を作れず、今回初めてランチでの
利用をしましたが、機会を見つけてまた夜の部で訪問してみようと思います。
