東京に出張する事になり、二子玉川の高島屋に行って来ました。
反対のライズショッピングセンターでも良かったのですが、今回は高島屋内でランチを。
無性にとんかつが食べたくなったので、こちらの平田牧場に行く事にしました。
平日の遅いランチにもかかわらず、結構混雑しており、しっかり待たされました（笑）
1500円くらいのランチを食べようかと思っていたのですが、目の前に
『厚切りとんかつ定食』なるものが現れており、
迷わずそちらをオーダー。
しかし、2500円は高いなぁ…と思っていましたが出て来たら大満足でした。
まず、肉が厚い！
こんな肉、どうやって揚げるの？
ってくらい厚切りなんです。
そのせいか、かすかに真ん中はピンク色で火が通り過ぎておらず、絶妙な食感です。
味付けの濃い二種類のソースも、パンチのある肉の旨味と脂身に負けない出来栄えでした。
しかも、肉汁と脂身が噛み締めると溢れ出てきて食べ応えたっぷりでした。
値段は高いけど、また行きたいですし、かなりオススメです。
