Pork Cutlet and Meat Dishes restaurant located on the 6th floor of the main building of Tamagawa Takashimaya SC, in the Futakotama area, right near Futakotamagawa Station. I was in the mood for Pork Cutlet for dinner, so I decided to visit this restaurant, which I had never visited before. This restaurant mainly serves Pork Cutlet, but since it's located inside Takashimaya, it doesn't have a popular feel, but rather has an elegant and calm atmosphere. There are table seats, but there are not that many seats. It was around dinner time, but it wasn't crowded. For Pork Cutlet, you can choose between ``Kinka pork'', which is known as the phantom pig, or ``Sangen pork'', the original pork from Hirata Farm. Kinka pork is naturally more expensive, but since it was a great opportunity, I ordered the Kinka pork loin and fillet combination set (2,800 yen). This meal comes with 100g of pork loin and 50g of fillet, as well as rice, miso soup, cabbage, appetizers, and pickles, and you can choose between white rice or multigrain rice. Appetizers and cabbage come out first, and after about 8 minutes of Pork Cutlet while eating them and rubbing ground sesame seeds, the tonkatsu comes out. Pork Cutlet batter has a crispy texture. The texture of both meats was fine and very soft, and the fatty part of the loin was especially rich and sweet, and it was very delicious. You can get refills of rice, miso soup, and cabbage, so I was full. It's a bit pricey, but I think it's a good option when you want to eat high-quality, delicious Pork Cutlet.
