福光屋は寛永二年創業の金沢の老舗酒造です。
酒かすソフトクリームの看板に吸い込まれてしまいました。
店内にイートインスペースのソファーとカウンターがあって、酒かすソフトや日本酒がいただけるようです。

酒かすの風味や香りはしっかり味わえつつ、まろやかで食べやすい味でした。
