Furthermore, the special sauce goes perfectly with Ironman brand beef. Steak made with A5 rank female beef such as Sendai beef (Miyagi prefecture), Saga beef (Saga prefecture), Shinshu Wagyu beef (Nagano prefecture), Yonezawa beef (Yamagata prefecture), and Maezawa beef (Iwate prefecture) are exquisite! We use carefully selected high quality beef.
