USHIHACHI Futakotamagawa branch is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) located in Futakotamagawa. This is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant where groups purchase a whole head of Kuroge Wagyu beef, and boasts the best value for money in Japan. Personally, it's a bit of a mystery as to why it has the best cost performance in Japan, as I've been to many different Yakiniku (Grilled meat). The Futakotamagawa store has a casual, bar-like atmosphere with many young customers, and many of the staff working there are also young. I made a reservation on the weekend, so I was guided smoothly. You can also enjoy various parts of raw meat such as yukhoe. Cow tongue Carpet has a plate full of thinly sliced Cow tongue, and is recommended to be grilled quickly. The rib core had a good balance of fat and lean meat, and the meat was delicious without being overly greasy. The skirt steak is not Japanese black beef, but it is juicy. Nakabara is good. I highly recommend it as the meat is chewy and has a rich flavor. The mixed hormone platter was hearty and you could enjoy a variety of hormones, and the miso sauce was also good. shabu shabu levanilla is also an interesting way to eat it, with a nice, melty texture. Although it is Yakiniku (Grilled meat), you can eat it in a variety of ways, so it feels like Izakaya (Japanese-style bar).
