コースでもアレンジの幅が大きくて嬉しいのだけれど、ここはとにかくユッケ系、生肉が絶品なのでアラカルト攻めも最高すぎた★
そしてアラカルトにして気づいたのがサイドメニューの安さ！！
ハーフ冷麺でもシェアできちゃうサイズだし、石焼きガーリックライスタンシチューは頼まなきゃ損な感じ。

この日は東急線沿いで打ち合わせがあったので、夜ご飯はここ！って決めてた★
何故って、私、焼肉屋さん訪問多いのだけれど楽しみは生肉！
焼肉じゅんさんは「刺し」「ユッケ」が私の中ではかなりの推し店なのだ( *´艸`)

濃いめのタレに綺麗なお肉が見た目にも綺麗！

使用部位は日毎に異なるけれど、この日はカタシン。柔らかでシルキー！
タレ3種は、
・昆布出汁の醤油ベースのタレ
・ポルチーニ茸をワイン等で煮込んだ濃いめのタレ
・イギリス マルドンの塩
を好みで使い分ける。
