Tajima Ota Beef is a cow raised in the same environment as Kobe Beef and Tajima Beef! This is the best yukhoe in Japan, prepared in-house with permission from the public health center. We use Tajima Ota beef exclusively for Yukhoe, processed at a meat factory with strict hygiene management! Even those who are concerned about the safety of raw meat can enjoy it with peace of mind. We offer Ota beef yukhoe, which is made with a special homemade yukhoe sauce and egg yolk, and avocado yukhoe, which is yukhoe mixed with avocado.

Ogata Farm Beef meat has a low melting point, so the fat will melt with the friction of the knife! Most Wagyu cattle in Japan are fattened for less than 30 months, but the cattle at Ogata Farm are raised for more than 30 months.
