特製サラダでは、小形牧場牛コーンビーフが絶妙な旨味を持ち、彩りも楽しめました。
太田牛ユッケのハーフサイズは、柔らかな肉質と独特の風味が楽しめます！
極上肉寿司は斬新なアイデアで、肉の味わいを新たな形で楽しむことができました。
特に、本日のお肉5種盛りは、上ロース、極上の赤身、カルビ、ミスジ、ヒレの5種類が用意され、それぞれの部位ごとの個性的な風味が魅力でした。
中でもヒレは、その柔らかさと深い味わいに感心しました。
ガーリックライスは香ばしさとガーリックの風味が絶妙にマッチし、お肉との相性も抜群でした。
そして、裏メニューとしてSNSでも人気の高い特製牛丼は、その評判通りの絶品で、見た目から食欲をそそられ、一口食べてみると病みつきになること間違いなし！
