ユッケなどの生肉が美味し焼肉屋さんがあるよと教えてもらって、こちらのお店を利用しました。
■アスパラのマリネ、白菜キムチ
軽く焼いたアスパラにチーズがかかっていて美味しいです。季節のお薦めメニューでしたが、これは是非定番に入れて欲しいです。
■ユッケ、九条ネギユッケ、アボカドユッケ
ユッケ目当てでこの店に来たので、欲張って三種類も注文しました。
アボカドのユッケは肉が角切りで普通のユッケよりも肉を食べてるなって実感があります。個人的には九条ネギとあえてあるやつが、あっさりしていて良かったです。
■肉寿司
生肉欲に拍車がかかったので肉寿司も注文しました。日によって肉の種類は違うそうで、この日はみすじでした。蕩けるような食感です。
■厚切りたん
焼肉屋さんなので生肉だけじゃなく焼いたのも食べようと厚切りタンをオーダーしました。タンを焼いた後にネギを乗せる食べ方で、この方がネギがこぼれなくていいかなと思います。
■上ロース
ロースですがしっかり霜降りです。そのため上品ですがコクもありました。
■焼きしゃぶ
薄い赤身肉をさっと焼いておろしポン酢で食べました。この食べ方ならいくらでも食べれそうです。
■焼きすき
こちらは店員さんが焼いてくれました。大判の薄切り肉を焼いた後にタレ＆卵黄と絡めてご飯を巻いて食べます。日本人ならこの味はみんな好きではないでしょうか。
■石焼きガーリックライスタンシチュー
濃厚な味で赤ワインが合いそうでした。レギュラーサイズを注文したのは、いささか食べ過ぎでしたｗ
■デザート
あずきアイスをお願いしました。ほうじ茶と一緒にいただくと、肉で興奮していた気持ちが落ち着きました。
接客もきびきびしていて、ノンストレスで楽しめました。
