最近、降りていなかった二子玉川駅。
この高島屋裏辺りのカフェ・リゼッタ周辺にもお店が増えていますね。
お店の案内を見ながら歩いていると入ってみたい所か沢山あったので、今後攻めてみようと思います。
そして、こうして集中してくると美味しいお店も集まってくるというもの。
この日、決めた焼肉店は高級感あり店内はJAZZが流れていてかなりイイ感じです。
お店のオススメを中心に頂きました。
「クリームチーズとミニトマトの自家製キムチ」
こんなの食べた事なかったわ！
トマトの酸味とジューシーさがかなり良い。
家でもトライしてみます。
「ズッキーニと桜えびのナムル」
お洒落で目先の変わったナムルにノックアウト。
かなりセンス良いお店です。
この2つは『本日のオススメ』からなので、要チェック。
「但馬太田牛ユッケ」
このお店に決めた1つに、ユッケも美味しいと言うことだったので2種類注文しました。
お肉は神戸牛(但馬牛)と同じ環境で育った太田牛を使っているそうです。
新鮮で旨味が強いユッケでした。
聞かなかったのですが卵も拘りなのかしら、とても黄身が美しくて濃厚なのにサラッと頂けるベストコンビです。
「特上牛刺しユッケ」
もう一つのユッケは、薄くスライスされた肩ロース。滑らかに肉質に驚きました。
「小形牧場牛の肉寿司」
この日の部位はトモサンカク。お店の人気メニューだそうです。
味わいがある柔らかい部位を選ばれているので、これも確かに外せない。
この後にでてくる肉は、前沢牛オガタから直送の小形牧場牛。融点が低い脂と旨みがある赤身が特徴なんだそう。
そして、お肉に自信があるのでタレがかかっていません。

好みの焼き加減で、好きなものをつけて頂きます。
普段カルビは脂が多くて苦手なのですが、こちらのカルビはメッチャ脂が美味しくて、もっとこ〜い！ って思うくらい好きでした。
・特上焼きすき
大判の薄切り肉、ザブトンはとても美しく、店員さんが炙るように焼いてくれます。
焼き上がりを卵黄にくぐらせ、小さく丸くされたご飯と共に頂きます。
確かに すき焼きのようです。
・焼きしゃぶ
こちらも薄切りのカメノコウをサラッと焼いてくれて季節の柑橘ポン酢につけて頂きます。
これが最後のお肉に相応しく、満足度が高い。
「石釜ガーリックライス」
冷麺なども選べたのですが、焼き肉店のガーリックライスが大好きなので結構お腹一杯だったけど注文しました。
これも大正解！石釜で焦げ目もあって香ばしかったです。
「獺祭ジェラート」
デザートに日本酒の香りも華やかなジェラート。
とてもバランスも素材も良くて、美味しく頂きました。
最初は高級感あると様子見でしたが、お店の方は親切で楽しいし意外とカジュアルなのかも。
二子玉川、レベル高いな。
