Food ●Yam yam soup made with 100% golden yam♪
The Japanese yam used at ``Tororoya'' is made with 100% rare golden yam, which is native to Japan. The roots of this golden wild yam are roasted, the skin and the skin are grated, and the secret mackerel miso soup is added to the rice cake-like sticky yam and mixed in a large mortar. Of course everything is done by hand. Japanese yam is full of nutrients that cleanse your body from within!
