We purchase 7 to 8 types of buckwheat from all over the country and create a unique blend while carefully determining the balance of flavor, aroma, and color. We offer fresh soba that is ground in a stone mill only for daily use, and hand-made by skilled craftsmen. The slightly different flavors and tastes of soba are also appealing. There are many repeat customers who say, ``I could eat it every day and never get tired of it.'' In addition to ``Seiro,'' where you can enjoy the original taste of soba, we also have creative soba such as ``Curry Nanban'' and ``Yuba Tamago Tojisoba.''
