ランチに家族3人で13:00頃、初来店。
先客は窓側2人テーブル席1組のみでしたなので
待たずに奥の4人テーブル席に案内されました。
3人とも
メインディッシュ＋オードブル＋本日のスープ
パンorライス ¥2,090のセットメニューを発注。
私:シーザーサラダ、チーズハンバーグ
妻:スモークサーモンのミキュイ、
海老クリームコロッケ
息子:スモークサーモンのミキュイ、
信玄鶏骨付きもも肉のコンフィ
にしました。
発注した頃、続々と他のお客さんが入店してきて
あっという間に満席近くまでになってだので
入店タイミングが良かったです。
まず、それぞれオードブルがテーブルに。
本格的なシーザーサラダでした。
とても美味しい。
家族のスモークサーモンとシェアしましたが
スモークサーモンも美味しい。
店内は混雑してますが
店員さんはホール1、キッチン1の布陣で
大変そうでしたががんばってました。
メインディッシュもそれぞれ美味しい。
かぼちゃのポタージュも美味しい。
料理一品一品丁寧に料理されている
とても美味しい、旨いBISTROでした。
このクオリティでこの価格はコスパ高です。
せたがやペイとPayPayが利用できるのも
良いポイントです。
また、食べに来たいです。
