武蔵小山の東側、菅直人が卒業生の都立小山台高校から後地交差点までの通りを「親友会通り商店街」というそうですが、この商店街にある老舗の街寿司のお店「鮨割烹 巴」に行きました。1932年（昭和7年）創業というすごい老舗ですね。その時からここにお店を構えているそうで、つまりは戦前からあるお寿司屋さんです。さすがに建物は新しく、マンションの1階の小綺麗な店舗になっています。
お昼過ぎに訪問すると、大きなカウンターに半分くらいお客さんがいて、空いている席に座りました。
ランチにぎり、ランチちらしはどちらも1100円でとてもお手軽。しかしお客さんの6割を占める女性客が注文しているのは、日替わりの和食膳990円でした。これは鰹の刺身と親子丼の頭のような親子煮が付いた定食で、女性に人気のようです。
松にぎり（上にぎり） 2310円
ランチにぎりでも良かったんだけど、せっかくなので上にぎりを注文。ランチメニューは税込表示なのですが、レギュラーメニューの松にぎり2100円は税前で、税込2310円ですので注意です。
瓶ビールは黒ラベル。これも550円→税込605円です。
ビールとお新香が出てきます。きりっと冷えた黒ラベルがうまい。ベテランらしい板さんが二人いて、手際よく握ってくれ、数分で上にぎりが出てきました。カウンターでもお皿に全部盛られて来るんですね。
なかなか綺麗な盛りつけだな。握りは玉もいれて8貫、海苔巻きは鉄火とカッパが半分ずつ。醤油は小皿で漬けるタイプです。
まぐろが2貫乗っていましたがどちらも中トロで、これが美味しい。脂が蕩けるように甘いまぐろです。これは良かったな。
白身は鯛となんだろう、上品な脂の乗った白身が美味しかったけど、何の魚か聞かなかったです。ウニはちょっと色が変わりかけていて、なんとかという感じ。イカは厚切りでコリコリと食べ応えありました。
すし飯は酢が弱めでさっぱり。シャリの大きさは若干大き目でランチ仕様です。
「お椀ももうお出ししていいですか」とビールを飲んでいるのを気にしてくれました。わかめと豆腐の普通の味噌汁。
まあまあ美味しかったです。ウニは無くてもいいけど、まぐろが美味しかったのは上にぎりだからでしょうか。ランチ握りの1100円も相当な費用対効果ですね。日替わりランチを食べにくる女性客がすごく多いのには感心しました。お寿司屋さんはちょっと固いイメージがあるけど、こうやって女性客を集客するのは良いアイデアですね。
