平日の開店時間に訪問。
10分も経たないうちに満席になっていたので、平日でも予約するのが無難。
今回はカプレーゼを頂いた。
生地もトッピングも最高で、乳化により生まれる美味しさが広がる。塩気もちょうど良い感じ。
あとバジルが後のせなのが好き。フレッシュで香りがしっかり感じられる。
数あるピッツェリアの中でも、別格の美味しさ。
