At our restaurant, we are particular about chicken, which is essential for grilled dishes! We use Miyazaki's brand chicken <Kirishima chicken>. The meat is tightly packed and has a good color and luster ◎ Made of carefully selected ingredients that have little odor peculiar to chicken. This is shipped directly from Miyazaki by air, so it remains as fresh as ever!
