武蔵小山駅からすぐのこちらのお店。
休日の昼間に伺うと店内は賑わっていて、予約なしだと1時間待ちらしい。14時でも外待ちの方がいる大人気のお店。
まず最初の前菜盛り合わせ。
全体的に日本人の口に合うように作っているんだと思う。全部美味い。
メインのピザ。これもとても美味しい。素材の味がしっかり出ていて、優しめの味わい。マルゲリータはトマトもチーズもごろっとしている。美味しいピザ屋さんはオイルが美味しく感じるなあ。
生地は結構厚め。生地自体はサクッとした食感ともちっと感もありながらもかなり軽く仕上がっているとても美味しい生地。ただ生地が厚く、量自体がかなり多めかなとは感じた。ここは好みですね。
全体的にコスパも雰囲気も良くてとても満足でした。ごちそうさまでした。
