東急目黒線・武蔵小山駅から徒歩2分程の商店街に店を構える回転寿司店。学生の頃初めて訪れ美味しかった記憶があったので、久しぶりに再訪。
お昼時だったが待ちはなくすぐ着席。2人だったのでテーブル席ではなくカウンター席に通される。店内はそこまで広くないため回転レーンが短く、寿司の鮮度が保たれやすい構造になっている。
それでは早速食事開始。
パネルから炙りサーモンを注文したが、待ち切れず回ってきた玉子とかんぴょう巻きからスタート。
うむ、安定の美味しさ。定番ネタの安心感とこの店だからこその美味しさが交差し、満足度高し。
程なくして炙りサーモン到着。
口に含んだ瞬間香ばしさが広がる中に新鮮さも感じる100点の美味しさで、「これを食べに遥々武蔵小山まで来たんだ」と心に沁みる。
パネルでは、サビの有無、シャリの量(普通、少なめ、なし＝刺身)を選択できるようになっている。ネタによっては食べ方(醤油、ポン酢、レモン塩)なんてオプションも選択できた。お子様や少食の方、お酒のアテとして食べたい方など、端々まで気遣いが行き渡っているように感じた。
続いて、穴子、ねぎまぐろ、中トロ、真鯛、帆立、えんがわとノンストップで注文。個人的MVPは穴子と真鯛だった。帆立も。
学生の頃と変わらずの美味しさで大満足。
