「オリエンタルビストロK」に実に５年ぶりに行ってきました
前回はオープンしてたしかすぐに行った気がしてます
さてさてこちらタイ料理もたくさんあるのですが各国料理でメニュー構成されてます
窓際に並べられたアルコールも各国体制
店内は小ぢんまりしていて良い雰囲気
仏壇や王様はもちろんありません
コックさんとホールのお姉さんは共に日本人
お二人とも愛想が良くてサバーイ
タイ風空心菜炒め
タイ風とはなってますがしっかりタイですw
タオジアウはやや少なめ、デフォで辛さはほぼほぼナッシング（☆３．７）
大海老のトムヤムクン
その名の通り大きめの海老３尾、ちょいしょっぱめ味付けだけどハーブ感もあり基本美味しい（☆４）
ヤムウンセン
こちらは少し薄めの味付け、大きめの海老・イカ・貝と海鮮具材はいい感じ（☆３．５）
ラム肉のパネンカレー
薄切りラム肉はたっぷり、ナスもイン、千切りバイマックルートが入りよい香り（☆４）
パネンはプー自作以来久しぶりに食しました
最後はタイ料理ではないけど
４種のチーズとマッシュポテトのオーブン焼き
あ！これ美味しいでござる（タイ料理ではないので☆評価なし）
オープン当時より格段にタイ料理が進化してると実感
時は料理を進化させる！と実感でした
