グリーンショップを抜けるといい匂いのするビストロが出現、、！
壁一面に巨大なワインセラー（縦置き）と素敵すぎる隠れ家のようなお店。
座った瞬間からかなりワクワクします。
・シャルキュトリ
・スープドポワソン
・Eme特性パイ包み焼き AXOA豚肉と甘長とうの煮込み
をチョイス。
ワインは最初店員のお姉さんに相談しておりましたがうまく噛み合わず、結局シェフの武藤さんに相談に乗っていただき、飲んだことのないジュラトゥルソーのボトルを開けることに。
果実味はかなりあるが後味はスッキリ目、タンニンはほとんどなくある意味水のように飲めるワインです。
・シャルキュトリ
武藤さんこだわりの生ハムやサラミたち。こーれはレベル高いです。
塩辛すぎるのは旨みが感じれず苦手なのですが、これはバランスが抜群。
・スープガルピュール
ハムで感動した後はこちら。これもめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
生ハムが溶け込んだだしとブロードが絶妙でまろやかで野菜だけでは出せない出汁が本当に優しい。毎日飲みたいくらいかも。
必ず頼んで欲しい1品です。

思ったよりも重すぎない豚肉のパイ包み焼き。
ワインを比較的軽めにしてよかった！と思う味わいできあら、
肉の味がしっかりする包み焼きで美味しいですが、ずっと食べるにはもう少しアクセントとなるソースをかけて欲しい、、（個人の見解です）
ランチも良さそうなのでまた行きたいなぁ。
