武蔵小山駅から徒歩すぐ。
目黒区都立大学駅前にあるビストロ「マチエール」の支店。そのため、パンだけでなく料理も提供していて、お食事を楽しむこともできます。
トーストの種類も豊富で、パンは朝からしっかり焼き上がっていました。
具材たっぷり乗っているものでも200円台と、かなりお買い求めやすいお値段設定です。

低温、長時間発酵で小麦の味
香りを引き出しました
→300円という値段ながらサイズは大きめ。クラストはバリバリで、久しぶりにここまでの食感のバゲットに出会いました。
クラムは気泡大きめでどちらかというともっちり、ヒキがあります。塩気はほんのり、どんなお食事にも合わせられそうなバゲットです。
店員さんも親切でとてもステキなお店でした。
