Wine Bar that feels like a hideaway ◆Enjoy to your heart's content a variety of "wines from around the world" with the owner's special dishes...
We offer 12 to 15 types of natural wines from around the world and hearty meals. In addition to wine, we also have a wide selection of craft beer, hard liquor, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks. Eve |
Wine Bar and Restaurants located on the 6th floor of the complex building ``Michinosaki'', about a 10-minute walk from Musashi-Koyama Station in the direction of Gakudai. I was really interested because it was a short walk from my home, but it was too close to go the other way. On the first floor is Le Lieu Unique, a bakery known for its iconic pistachio croissants. The owner, Masahiro Shiota, is from Akita Prefecture. Admiring the atmosphere of a bar and becoming a master, he first entered a hotel training school in Tokyo to learn the basics of service. After that, he got a job at Huis Ten Bosch Hotels Co., Ltd. and worked in Restaurants and bars. After learning everything about service, French cuisine, ingredients, cocktails, and wine, he returned to Tokyo to change jobs. A few years later, when he toured Grace Winery, he fell in love with Japanese wine and went on to become a wine sommelier. After obtaining the qualification, while working at various types of restaurants, I worked to spread the joy of wine, such as regularly holding events centered on Japanese wine, and opened our store in April 2021. Although he is as cheerful as he appears to be, he generally has a sense of distance, but when you talk to him, he has a lot to say. Due to its location, many people who live nearby, including us, come here, but since it's open until late, it's mostly used for after-parties and after-parties, so it's usually empty in the early hours. Since it is a completely one-off restaurant and the food menu is quite extensive, I feel that it would be quite tiring if it was crowded with guests who mainly ate. I'll post the menu as an image, but there are so many appealing items that I can't help but order them. And all of them are quite delicious. The ravioli with a cream sauce based on taro and mushrooms has a gentle and sticky texture with a pleasant taro flavor, and the arrabbiata is loaded with toppings and goes well with the tagliolini. I enjoy wine when it tastes good, and Yoichi's ``Nostalgia'' is especially captivating. A pretty good shop. The atmosphere is such that even one person can feel free to go there, and I hope it continues to be that way, but I also have some thoughts that I would like to share, so I decided to post about it. Bill: Approximately 6,000 yen/2 people ◆Pate de campagne and carrot rappe ◆Ravioli stuffed with meat Taro and mushroom cream sauce ◆Small shrimp and mussels arrabbiata tagliolini ◇Cremant de Limoux glass ◇Nostalgia glass ◇Sun Fuji apple juice
