The taste, the personality of the owner, and the atmosphere of the restaurant were all great. I liked that the sushi was firm enough that you could feel the grains. The ingredients are aged and various types of work are done, and the friendly chef carefully explains the process in a way that doesn't sound unpleasant. The story was interesting and I learned a lot. The price is just under 20,000 yen and I am very satisfied. I was able to make reservation on the day on Tabelog on weekdays, but it looks like I won't be able to make a reservation soon.
