駅前の風情漂うビルの地下。
まずはビールを頼んだが、普通のではなく
琥珀色のものが出てきた。おっ、という感じ。
やはり日本酒を飲んでくれという事やね。
ただ、日本酒を頼むと、(注意書きにもある
けれど)既に小瓶に移された状態で出てくる。
事情は聞かなかったけれど、逆に瓶の洗浄
コストとかかかって大変そう…騙されちゃいない
わけやけど、釈然としない部分はあるわね。
食事は燻製ポテサラ・塩おでん・サバの文化干し
などを頂いた。どれも美味しかったけど、揚げだし
豆腐のウニのせだけはウニが蛇足やったかな。
あと、結構洋食系のメニューが多い。これが
“ビストロ”たる所以なのかしら。
日本酒が充実してるわけなので、和食のバリエー
ションがあった方が良いのにと思うのは私が
おっさんだからなのかしら。
