めっきり外食が減った、今日この頃。
たまに出社した日には、友人と待ち合わせておいちにパトロール。
今日のお楽しみは牡蠣と白子の天ぷら。そんなシーズンがやってきて、ワクワクします。
最近、天ぷらをおつゆでいただく方が好きなのは、歳のせいなのか、甘みを欲しているのか。
めっきり寒くなったので、おでんも美味しくいただきました。こちらのおでんは塩味ながらも、濃厚な鶏白湯。
このお出汁にラーメン入れたいぐらいおいしい。
毎回食べるのを忘れるのですが、次回こそ鶏の半身焼きを食べたいです。
