素材が新鮮で、季節感があり、手を加えすぎないお料理で、お酒もおいしい。
肴ひとつひとつが満足感のあるボリューム。(腹ペコの方や大喰いの方は違うと思いますが、酒の肴という意味では満足できるボリュームです)
何を頼んでもハズレなし。気の利いた味付けで、日本酒を頼まずにはいられない。
学生街でありながらこうしたディープな店も元気なのは素晴らしい。
