まったりとしたGW、何か美味しいものを食べたいとこちらに伺いました。
話によると、2018年6月にブルーノート東京の元料理長が開いたお店ということで、ずっと気になっていたお店です。
伺ったのは休日のランチ。
お店に入ると、窓際にテーブルがあり、そこには先客が。
残りはカウンターなので、カウンターメインのフレンチのようです。
ランチメニューは1800円、2700円、3240円の3種類あったのですが、せっかくなので、
・Cコース 3240円 (税込)
をお願いしました。
メインとして、肉も魚も付いてきます。
そして、
・ビール 500円
も。
ランチビールの幸せから味わいます。
後からCコースを選んで本当に良かったと感じました。
なぜならば、魚も肉もとても美味しかったから。
このコースがこの価格なのは破格のようにも思います。
まずはアミューズから。
クスクスのようなものにハムでしたが、これはクスクスではなく流行りの雑穀のようです。
シンプルに楽しめるアミューズでした。
前菜は、肉のパテのようなもの。
これが男のフレンチといいますが、食べ応えのあるパテで風味も含めてしっかりとした味付けでした。
ここですでにおっと感じるコースです。
焼いた魚に添えられているのは辛子レンコン。
毎回色あいも異なるソースもまた楽しく、また魚の焼き加減が皮はパリッと、身はホクホク。
この火の通し方、お見事です。
もうこのあたりにくると、私には説明仕切れない味や風味のつけ方。
とにかく美味しいとしか言えなくなる内容です。
肉についても、焼いた豚にみずみずしい春菊を添えて。
先ほどの辛子レンコンもそうですが、和食素材を活かしたフレンチといいますか、ヒュージョンといいますか。
舞台を楽しむような料理です。
最後にデザートとコーヒーを。
デザートもシナモンを強くしたようなインパクトのある風味をリンゴのジェラートに振りかけて。
どれも印象に残る料理です。
これだけ食べて、ビールも頂いて、この価格。
奥沢にまた良いお店ができてうれしいです。
