美味しい料理とワインで昼間っからほろ酔いです。
一品一品手抜きなしで丁寧に作られているのがわかります。
ワンオペなので時間はかかりますがゆったり楽しむ休日のランチとしてはちょうど良いペースでした。
特に伊達鶏の胸肉の火入れは見事。
夜はアラカルトでワインと楽しめるみたいなので今度は夜に再訪したいと思います。
