It was a night in August 2023. It had been a while since I had had a drinking party with my co-workers, so I made a reservation at Okusawa's sushi restaurant, located halfway between our workplaces. After leaving Okusawa Station, it was a short walk towards Jiyugaoka. The shop is located at the back of an alley, but it's in a residential area, so you wouldn't think there was a shop there.You might miss it at night. The owner, who was trained at a long-established restaurant in Ebisu, had a charming smile on his face.He enlivened our conversation and entertained us.The most important thing was the sushi, but the sushi rice was...
