仕事が休みの平日の夜の外食。
絶好の食べ呑み歩き日和でした。
なので、その為だけに電車に乗り…
久し振りに旗の台にやって来ました！
けど、ちょっと残念な日になりました。
期待が大きかっただけに落胆の度合いも↓
子供っぽい言い方になりますが、ハズレた。
こういう残念な記事を投稿するのも数年ぶり。
とてもよさげなお店で、タイミングさえ違えば…
そう思うのですが、“一事が万事”とも言いますし…
いずれにせよ、“一期一会”の気持ちで接して頂きたい。
飲食店のド素人が生意気を言って申し訳なく思いますが…
これまで6,000軒以上のお店を訪れてきましたが…
そんな中でも印象に残ってしまう残念さだったので…
お店自体はお洒落で利便性も申し分ありません。
お料理の美しさと美味しさにも太鼓判を押します。
しかしながらサービス面には大きな課題が…
大変厳しい言い方になりますが、趣味の域かと。
具体的な内容については書けませんが…
状況が整わない限り対応できないとなると…
決してお安いお店じゃないですから。
｢今後に期待｣という事になるでしょうか。
余裕がある時にお邪魔すれば印象も変わる筈。
カウンター席に座り、お店の方とお話をしながら…
そういうシチュエーションであれば、☆4つ以上かもね。
とは言え、この日も混み合っていたワケじゃないんだけど…
根本的な原因が何かはわかりませんが、なぜか上手く行かない。
すでにご常連も多いようなので、その方々を大事に、先を目指して…
