食いしん坊さんから聞いていたこちらのお店。
2軒目として伺いました。
場所柄、地元の方々が集うお店かと思います。
伺ったのは平日の19時半頃。
先客2組2名、後客2組3名であり、みなさん常連さんのような雰囲気でした。
私は、すぐに酔っぱらうことからワインの銘柄は覚えられず。
日本酒も同じなんですけどね。(笑
最近は好みを伝えて詳しいお店の方のオススメに従って飲むのが逆にお気に入りです。
この日は、白からスタート。
その後に赤を2杯頂いたのですが、それぞれ
・2021 Cotes du Rhone Villages Visan
・Rompecepas 2019
・Fabulas 'Farae' Montepulciano d'Abruzzo
という銘柄だったようです。
私はいずれも知らないのですが、それほど高くないところを選んでくれており、いずれも好みの味わいでした。
このセレクション、良いですね。
2軒目とはいえ、ちょっと気になった
・柔らかジューシー唐揚げ 500円
をチョイス。
塩麹で揚げた唐揚げだとのことで、赤ワインとも相性が良かったです。
食事メニューが充実しており、しかもいずれもお手頃なのが良い点とも思いました。
次はもっとイロイロ食べてみたいです。
失礼ながら荏原中延らしからぬ、オシャレなワインバー。
それでいて料理やワインはお手頃なものを美味しく頂けるので、荏原中延が羨ましく感じました。
