下神明の『食堂 ニッコロガシ』に訪問。 オープンは2023年10月16日。 場所は下明神駅から徒歩約5分ほどの品川区役所前。 屋号に「食堂」と付いているがラーメン専門店で「ニッコロガシ」は愛犬の名前から。 女性店主はラーメン店での経験はなく独学だそうだ。 「醤油ラーメン」と「炊き込み飯」、デザートに「手作りプリン」を注文。 熱々のスープは無化調の魚介出汁清醤油味。 あっさりとした和風魚介味ながらもネギ油のパンチが効き、香ばしい焦がしネギが大井町らしさを出している。 手揉み風の平打ち中太縮れ麺は多加水のプリっとモチモチで個人的にも好きなタイプ。 チャーシューも柔らかく仕上がり丁寧。 ひじき入りの炊き込み飯も味付けしっかり。 食後に出されたデザートの手作りプリンは、甘さ控えめでビター味のカラメルが実に良かった。 最後まで美味しく完食。 機会があれば「塩」や「辛味」のラーメンも食べみたい。
