2度目だったので今回は色々試したくなりました。タンスジがあったので、まずは迷わず選択。あと、上ロース。ホルモンはハツモトに。上ロースは脂がしっかり乗っていて、肉の旨味や甘味がちゃんと感じられ、後味もしつこくない至極の一皿でした。タンスジも、筋が硬くなく、タンそのものの味わいが楽しめるお買い得な商品です。ハツモトは塩でいただけるほど新鮮でクセのない上質なホルモンでした。
