I made a reservation for the weekend. Did you walk more than 10 minutes from Omori Station? It's a little far from the station. The store was crowded with locals. I came to the store with an infant, but they took me to a tatami room and provided a child's chair. The meats we received included Shio Tongue, Shio Kalbi, Loin recommended by Foreign Fat Hasshi's reviews, and an assortment of five types of offal. The good thing about this restaurant is that you can order one piece of meat at a time, so I added two pieces of skirt steak and one piece of top fillet at the end. All of them were delicious, but the ones that were especially delicious were the loin, which had just the right amount of flavor, and the top meat, which had just the right amount of firmness and flavor. The other hormones are easy to eat and delicious, probably because the way they are cut and the amount of sauce is just right. Other than that, there's an assortment of kimchi, Korean seaweed, gomtangkuppa for the kids, and fried garlic and eggs. Fry the eggs and garlic with sesame oil. The store clerk made it with his practiced hands. All of the meat is delicious, but what's more important than that is the service from the staff and the atmosphere. It was a restaurant that was clearly loved by locals.
