shabu shabu onyasai is a place I want to go to once in a while. It's a restaurant that listens to your requests when you want to eat Sukiyaki and shabu shabu. The meat is reasonably good and reasonably priced, so it's perfect for a fun time with family and friends. I ordered a set on this day. I would have been fine with an all-you-can-eat option. For the appetizer, we had something like peanut sprouts. It was very fragrant and went well with beer. The crab shabu-shabu was delicious, even though it was frozen, as you would expect from a chain restaurant. There were various brands of beef and pork, and it was fun to compare them. It's important that the food is delicious, but it has to be fun! However, the staff member's (female) attitude was so terrible that it was disappointing. Even my family and friends were shocked. Several appetizers were brought out, but when I asked, "Can I have a small plate?" she said, "We don't use small plates for appetizers!" "Huh??" "...." As soon as the next appetizer arrived, he stood behind me, as if under pressure, waiting until I'd finished the first one before taking the plate away. "Huh?" "...." I was so surprised. When I was working in Osaka, I went to many different restaurants and I thought the service there was great. This was true for both chain restaurants and individual establishments. I think the service industry is tough. I don't know if that person was a part-timer or full-time employee, but I hope they do their best to create a good atmosphere in the restaurant.
