The vegetables are fresh and delicious even when eaten raw. My favorite is the evening-picked lettuce. There are also many other vegetables such as mizuna and carrots, and in addition to vegetables, there is a wide variety of mushrooms and cheeses, and you can eat as much as you want. On this day, there was all-you-can-eat pork and chicken. The pork was delicious, but the thinly sliced chicken was easy to eat and delicious. There were two types of soup to choose from, and I chose kelp stock and soy milk. It's a restaurant that leaves you satisfied no matter how many times you go.
