糀谷に本店がある笑麺亭浅草店が |
糀谷にある油そばの専門店の笑麺亭さんが馬込に開店したというのでやってきました。たぶんここは以前東紅さんがあった場所だと思います。平日の２１時にやってきましたら先客が４人。約４割程の混み方でした。
食券機で油めん(６５０円)の券を買いました。並盛(１玉)も大盛(１.５玉)も同じ金額ですので、大盛でお願いしました。料理は１０分弱で出てきました。
料理が出たらお酢を２周、ラー油を３周回しかけました。さらに今日はチータンタンを頂く予定がなかったので、ガーリックペーストを入れて頂きました。やはりガーリックを入れた方が美味しかったです。
と、言う訳で今回はチータンタンは頂きませんでした。今回確かめましたが、やはりチータンタンに充分なだけの味が食後の器には残っていないので何か味の付いたスープを使っているのだと思います。
やはりチータンタンはジャージャー麺に合うと思います。
