■様子・雰囲気
都営浅草線馬込駅から徒歩10分、環七通りと横須賀線がクロスする高架近く、環七沿いに最近オープンした
油そば専門のお店です。真っ赤な蛍光看板は通りからも目立ちますね。
店内はカウンター席のみでまず入り口で食券を購入します。
■料理・味
サイズが数種あり、1.5玉の大盛りまで無料、特盛り、デカ盛り、4玉のメガ盛りまで。
油そばを初めてで、以前友人から同じく油そばの吉祥寺「ぶぶか」の話を聞いたことがあり
油そば＝こってり・胃もたれというイメージを勝手に持ってたのですが、食べてみて全然そんなことないですね。
店内の説明にも低カロリーや身体に優しいとありましたが、むしろあっさりした感もありました。
テーブルにはラー油とお酢があり、それらをぶっかけて混ぜて食べるのがお勧めのようです。
水気が少ない分、後味にタレの余韻が残りますね。
