2013.2.15 夜訪問
池上線雪谷大塚駅前、中原街道沿いにあるうなぎ屋さんを訪問。
日本酒を中心にうなぎを肴に夕食です。うなぎ以外にもいろいろ
お酒の肴があって、まずはマグロ、ブリをお刺身でいただきました。
マグロはちゃんと熟成、解凍が出来ていておいしかった。ぶりも
時節柄、脂がのってておいしく、お酒がすすみます。お酒は
日本酒の浦霞を中心にいただきます。それ以外にもうまきも
いただきます。ふつうといえばふつうでした。久々にうまきを
食しましたのでおいしく感じました。それに大好きなもずくも
いただきました。これはいたってふつう。可もなく不可もなく。
うなぎはタレのかば焼きをいただきます。これはふつうでした。
でも、夜、いただくことはあまりかったうなぎですが日本酒に合う
ことがわかってそれは収穫。一人３合くらいいただいて
ほどよく酔って気分よく帰りました。
