特にお吸い物や酢の物、煮物に料理人レベルの高さを感じます。突き出しも洒落ています。
飲み物のラインナップも豊富で、料理を引き立てます。ここのカツオのたたきやあん肝ポン酢は大好評メニューです。
今回はお刺身の盛合せとうなぎの白焼きをアテに注文しました。
刺身はどれも新鮮で旬の魚介類で彩られます。白焼きは関東風のホクホクで箸で簡単に切れる油の乗ったうなぎで、どれもお酒が進みます。
雪が谷大塚駅からも徒歩数分なので、池上線沿線のグルメの方々にもオススメです。
