When you want to eat your fill of Pork Cutlet, this is the place❗️ The image is of shoulder loin Pork Cutlet set meal 290g 1900 yen. Free large serving of rice. As you can see, it is quite large. (Pork Cutlet Tetsu)'s famous brushed batter is still intact.The shoulder loin has a lot of fat, so I eat it with salt rather than sauce. It's refreshing and delicious till the end. It comes with pork soup (I prefer it to the one at the main store in Omori). I'm happy to eat all this and get change for 2,000 yen. The end

場所 東京都大田区 東急池上線 長原駅
長原駅は池上線には珍しい地下駅である。
よって風情のある踏み切りのある風景は無い。
駅前は小さいながらも商店街があり人の往来は多い。
本日レビューする【とんかつ 鉄】は長原駅から少し歩いた中原街道沿いにある。
オーダーは1️⃣ひれかつ定食 1600円 ご飯はマンガ盛りにしてもらった(無料)。
味噌汁の具はキャベツとタマネギ(美味)。
大体、店のやる気は椀に出る。
和食系で椀が不味い店はお話しにならない。
とんかつ屋は割と豚汁が多い。
すき家でも豚汁はプラス料金なので損をした気になりがちなのだか美味ければどっちでもいい。
重要なのは美味しさだ。
ヒレカツは柔らかくジューシーで美味。
揚げ具合もちょうどいい。
この内容で1600円なので満足度は高い。

■今年お世話になった店 3回目
中原街道沿いにあるトンカツ屋。
最寄りは東急池上線 長原駅。
画像はロースかつランチ定食 1100円。
この内容で1100円はリーズナブルなのだが残念ながら15食限定だ。
11時開店なので普通の会社員だとハードルが高いランチメニューである。
遅めのランチ派である俺には最早、幻のメニューとなっている。
本気で狙うなら12時前に行くのが無難。
俺は大体、13時頃に行く事が多い。
この時間で15食限定ランチは無謀な挑戦である。
この時間だとメンチカツ定食も品切れになっている事が多い。
よってレギュラーメニューからオーダーするのが常となっている。
この日の到着時間は11時半。
流石に15食分に間に合った。
椀はレギュラーメニュー同じ。
出汁が綺麗にとれており美味しい。
ご飯大盛り無料❗️
ロースカツは90g位かな。
この値段であれば十分に納得行く内容だと思う。
とんかつ行脚組はレギュラーメニューの上ロースかつ定食がオススメ。
1600円なのだがしっかり豚肉の甘味、旨味を楽しめる。

【まんが盛りライス❗️とんかつ屋のメンチカツ定食❗️】
東京都大田区 長原駅から歩いて5分くらいにあるとんかつ屋。
大森と奥沢に姉妹店がある。
殆どの客はランチ限定のロースカツ定食をオーダーするのだが売り切れだったのでメンチカツを頼んだ。
1️⃣メンチカツ定食 大振りのメンチカツが3個。
揚げ物なので当たり前なのだが脂こい。
なので3個もあれば満腹、大満足だ。
2️⃣まんが盛りご飯
女性店員さんが丁寧に盛り上げていく。
有り難い事だ。
椀はキャベツの味噌汁。
キャベツの甘みが良い感じだ。
このメンチカツ定食は土日もランチタイムは1000円で提供している。
ランチのロースカツ定食1100円は残念ながら平日のみだ。

大森に本店があり奥沢駅と長原駅に姉妹店がある。
長原駅前というよりは中原街道沿いで少し歩きます。
1️⃣平日限定ロースカツ定食1100円
何と言っても1100円なので何の文句もない。
キャベツもサクサク、味噌汁も美味い。
2️⃣マンガ盛りライス
店員さんが盛り固めてサーブしてくれる。
残念な点はランチメニューは数量限定らしく12時45分くらいには品切れになってしまう事。
入店してカウンター奥のメニュー表を見るまで品切れか否かが分からない。
外からランチメニューの品切れ具合が分かると有り難い(そういう店も多々あるので)。
とはいえ昨今の景気の中で頑張っているお店にそこまで求めるのは酷かもね。
レギュラーメニューはそれなりの値段がしますが相応のトンカツが食べれます。
※昼は現金のみ、昼は未就学児不可。
【攻めのランチ❗️敢えてメンチカツ定食で攻めてみる❗️】

1️⃣メンチカツ定食 大振りのメンチカツが3個。
食べ応えがある。
勿論、美味いが個人的にはロースカツの方が好みかな。
ここは調理技術が高いので基本的に何を食べてもハズさない。
キャベツ、白米、味噌汁は共通なので勿論、美味い。
ご飯を大盛り指定すると漫画盛りで提供される。
次はロースカツを攻めてみよう。

養殖牡蠣の生産量全国1位は広島県である。
令和元年の資料よると全国シェア61%となっている。
ぶっちぎりの独走状態である。
とんかつ屋で冬季限定カキフライを提供する店は普通にある。
揚げ物のノウハウがあるのでレベルが高い店も多い。
今回は馴染みの店のカキフライ定食を頂くとした。
1️⃣広島産大粒カキフライ定食 1700円 ご飯大盛り
まずは椀をズズッと。
よく出汁が出ていて美味。
カキフライは衣サクサクで中ジューシーで程良い揚げ具合で美味。
ただちょっと高いかな…。
大粒で表面積はあるが体積はそれ程でもない。
1700円なので4個ついてくると小躍り出来る。
或いは1500円位だと嬉しい。
原価もそれなりなので仕方ないかな。
