When you prepare Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) at your own restaurant, you inevitably end up with scraps. Without throwing away the chicken bones and plenty of vegetables, we boil them over high heat for 4 hours until the meat and vegetables become mushy.Then we carefully strain the mixture and finish off the soup with a textured chicken hot water soup and a rich soy sauce-based sauce. I did. The beef offal is made with domestic beef that has no odor at all, and with plenty of vegetables (cabbage, bean sprouts, burdock, green onion, and chives), you can enjoy it easily even though it's beef offal.
