真心籠ったおもてなしと手間を惜しまないお料理
割と近くに住んでいながら全く知らなかったお店ですが、クレジットカードキャンペーンのがきっかけで行きました。
私も主人も感動！素敵なお店に出会えました。
正直線路が真横で電車が来る度にとても揺れるので、入った時はここでリラックスはとても出来ないかも、、、と不安でしたが、メニューを説明してくださる方もプロフェッショナル！
メニュー詳細をスラスラと暗唱してとても上手に説明されていました。
聞き取りやすく分かりやすくすごい！とその場で言ってしまいそうな程でした。
お料理が運ばれてきた時の説明もよく聞き取りにくい人や心がこもっていないお店も多い中心地よい説明でした。
そしてお料理はとても手が込んでいました。
見た目も可愛らしく、味はしっかりとしていました。
9月なのに甘い柿も！
子羊は臭みもまたったくなくて甘みがある油でとても美味しかったです。
特に驚いたのはデザート。(デセール)
最後にかなりおなかいっぱいなのに、フランス料理なのでミニャルディーズもありました。
これまた全く手を抜いていません！
というより1番大変なのでは、、
３人で行ったのですが6種類出してくださいました。
本当に最後までしっかりと楽しめる素敵なお食事になりした。
帰りもシェフの方が笑顔でご挨拶してくださいました。コロナ禍でなければもっと丁寧にお礼をお伝えしたかったのですが、出来なかったのでこちらで、、
心のこもったお料理をありがとうございました。お料理への愛を感じました。

I thought it was good when I went there before, but maybe it was because it was empty at that time. This time, not only were there a lot of people speaking in loud voices, but I could clearly hear the voices of those who were speaking in normal voices, so I couldn't relax as I wondered if my voice could be heard as well. Also, the timing of cooking is so long that I end up having to wait for each dish to arrive. Last time, I remember having trouble getting dessert because the tea didn't come out easily, but this time the tea was served quickly. Also, it's a bit of a worry these days to bring your card with you to pay. It's a trust issue, but I think it's scary if payments aren't made at a table and operated on a terminal. (I had experienced this before at another restaurant.) I think the food was more voluminous before. I ordered lamb, but most of the vegetables that came with it tasted like charcoal, and I was sad because I couldn't taste the vegetables.
