仕事で等々力へ。帰りがけに一寸いっぱいと思い、食べログを頼りに初訪問。
結果は大正解でした。
同店は世田谷区内（自由が丘、等々力、二子玉など）に6店舗の和食系列店を持つお店。どの料理もきちんと仕事がしてあり、美味しくいただいた。お酒のコレクションも割合豊富で、日本酒、焼酎のみならずワインも適切。
私がお店を選ぶ時は、店内の雰囲気と料理人の姿を見て判断することが多い。
作務衣でねじり鉢巻もいいけど、料理人さんがキチンと白衣を着て、帽子を被っていると、「名のある料理店で仕事を経験された方だろう」と思い、期待できる。同様に店内の雰囲気が落ち着いていること。カウンターの設えやテーブルの清潔感。壁に季節の花などが飾って有ればほぼいい店だろうと確信できる。
今までの経験から、だいたいこの判断で外れる事は少ない。このお店も料理人がキチンとネクタイまでしているのが見て取れたので、飛び込んだ次第。
水茄子から始めて、ポテトサラダ、お刺身盛り合わせ、鰆の西京焼き、和牛肩ロースステーキ、煮穴子など、結構たくさん堪能した。〆にはラーメンがオススメらしかったが、そこまで辿り着けず、残念。
場所柄かコスパも良く、いいお店に出会いました。
