日曜日の昼に行きました。
魚料理の店だと思っていたのですが、肉料理のメニューもそれなりに種類がありました。本日のオススメランチから炙りブリ丼を選びました。
北海道産のブリを軽く炙って赤酢の酢飯にのせた丼です。その上には葱とかいわれ。少々柚子の香りがします。本山葵を醤油に溶いて、それをブリに乗せて食べました。ブリには脂がありますが、全体的にはあっさり系の味でした。
週末とあってお客さんは入ってました。夜は居酒屋になるようです。
