上野毛駅から環八通りを渡った
ビルの2階にあります。
週末もランチは、混み合うと聞いていたので
開店前から店前で待ってました。
鰹の藁焼き定食 (￥1800 )
アジフライ定食 (￥1800 )
サッポロ赤星ラガー中瓶 (￥750 )
赤丸印が付いたお店推しの２品を選択。
たまたま今日の厨房は１人だけ。
時間が掛かる事をお客様に説明されてました。
埒もない話を２人でウダウダしていたら、
時間なんてあっという間です。
定食が到着しました。
少しは、シェアしますが、基本私が
アジフライ担当です。
カリッ、サクッで身が厚いです。
デカイのが二枚。食べ応えあります。
下に敷いてあるキャベツにもソースを付けて
ガシガシ頂きます。
刺身やヒジキもあってご飯が足らない！
藁焼きの鰹もひと切れ貰いました。
分厚いブロックです。
塩、ニンニク、ワサビを選んで付けます。
山葵は、摺りおろしです。
ワサビをイッパイ付けてガブッと。

最初は、随分お高い値段だと思いましたが、
これなら納得です。
